Electrical works
The mounting group of Viru RMT has permission to do electrical works with up to 1,000 W. The group develops and implements control systems with soft start and shutdown of electric motors on the basis of frequency converters (the most popular are Mitsubishi Electric and Schneider Electric).
If the customer wants, we do the programming of frequency converters and adjust control circuits.
We provide installation and connection of frequency converters:
- in switchboard rooms, where no additional external protection is required;
- in accessible places, using special protective cabinets made by Rittal.
We submit all of the project documents that are required, including user manuals for adjusting the equipment, and provide training to the maintenance staff on site.
In addition to the above-mentioned, Viru RMT also does research for detecting imperfections and their elimination as well as provides technical maintenance of the existing systems.
Installation and assembling of cabinets
We work both on the basis of our own and the customer’s projects. When implementing a project, up-to-date equipment is used that conforms to the requirements pertaining to safety and explosion protection.
We work with the following types of cabinets:
- cabinets with the elements of local equipment control
- cabinets with the elements of autorun systems
- cabinets with the elements of interlock and alarm systems
- distribution cabinets with ventilation and cooling
- server racks
- network cabinets
- cabinets with the elements of the central power system
- protective cabinets for frequency converters
- power supply cabinets for electrical equipment of up to 1000 W.
- protective cabinets for different devices
- crossing connection cabinets.
Whenever required, our specialists will select the cabinets for you and provide them with protective elements, cable glands/entries, lighting, earthing, ventilation, and cooling.
Installation and laying of cable passages
We develop the projects of cable passages, prepare cable logs and specifications, compare the prices for products at different suppliers, and provide packaged supplies. In addition to that, we also do the expansion and dismantling of the old cable passages.
Viru RMT lays the following cables:
- Network cable
- Fiber optic cable
- Control cable
- Power supply cable of up to 1,000 W
- Cable PROFIBUS PA and DP.
Whenever required, different up-to-date protective materials are used, which allows to use cables under different environment conditions.
Installation of video surveillance systems
One of the most popular products are video monitoring systems. Our specialists develop and implement the systems on the basis of modern IP-technologies, which allow to save financial and physical resources and build a more flexible project architecture.
Such technologies allow to do remote monitoring of processes in real-time mode.
