Viru RMT activity has two peculiarities:
  • we are a project-based company, i.e. most of the works we carry out are project work.
  • our possibilities allow to provide the client with a comprehensive complex solution in any direction of production activity or in various combinations thereof.
The business philosophy of Viru RMT is treated as the management of the object in the perspective of its development, i.e. prescribes its condition in the future. Thus, we view project planning as a continuous process aimed at defining and coordinating the best course of action in order to achieve the objectives set out by the project, given all the factors in its implementation. In doing so, a continuous refinement and detailing of the plans takes place as the project progresses.

The main principles of managing the implementation of the RMT projects in Viru:
  • Development of a uniform and structured representation of the project and a clear-cut description of its key elements;
  • Building an adequate project management organizational structure corresponding to the structure and conditions of implementation of the project;
  • Ensuring the functioning of the project management processes and the collaboration of the participants;
  • In order to achieve the objectives of the project, a project team and a project management team will be established. Depending on the type of project, this includes specialists from one area or another of the structural units.
