VIRU RMT OÜ

Project management

Viru RMT activity has two specific features:
  • we are a project-based company, i.e. most of the works we carry out are project work.
  • our capabilities allow to provide the client with a comprehensive complex solution towards any production activity or in different combinations thereof.
Viru RMT business philosophy is treated as object management in the perspective of its development, i.e. its condition will be determined in the future. Therefore, we treat project planning as a continuous process designed to define and coordinate the best action plan to achieve the objectives set out in the project, considering all the factors in its implementation. In doing so, there will be a continuous refinement of the plans and a more detailed process as the project progresses. Main principles of managing the implementation of Viru RMT projects:
  • Development of a single and structured project representation and a clear description of its key elements;
  • Creation of an adequate organizational structure corresponding to the project management, meeting the project structure and the conditions for implementation;
  • Ensuring the operation of the project management processes and the cooperation of the participants;
  • To achieve the project objectives, a project team and a project management team will be established. Depending on the type of project, specialists from different structural units are involved.
Customer problem solving Market competition forces the company to reduce production costs, increase management efficiency and operationality, improve quality - transition to the "exactly timed production" strategy. The complex service offered by Viru RMT allows our customers to solve these problems and increase the competitiveness of their companies. This is achieved as follows:
  • Close cooperation with the customer allows to find the most satisfactory solution for the customer, both in technical terms and in terms of value for money;
  • Complex approach allows to take into account the internal and external factors involved and to find the optimal solution, including in the field of work planning;
  • New solutions (including conversions) allow to increase productivity, improve reliability, reduce the time of planned downtime and thereby also costs;
  • The quality of the service we provide reduces the time required for planned downtime by increasing the "repair-free operating period" of the equipment;
  • The automation of processes and the "user-friendly interface" increase the operational and quality of the management, whereby cost reduction is achieved.
